- Scope and Content
- In her letter to Pauline Chen, Georgette Chen mentions that she will delay her Kuala Lumpur exhibition until Pauline has recovered from her operation, which came as a surprise to Georgette. She notes that she wanted to incorporate more Malayan motifs anyway and will inform the Tunku about the delay. Georgette describes being busy with house-related tasks, such as adding a new shower for Pauline’s room and a clothesline for her children's laundry. She hopes Pauline's children will be able to visit, even though their holidays are ending soon. She also mentions having received the necessary funds but is waiting for the occupation certificate for her house to settle everything with the contractors.
