- Scope and Content
- In her letter to the Chen family, Georgette Chen shares that her vacation has begun, and she's currently overseeing workers fixing her floor. She mentions the school's recent annual art exhibition, where people commented on the students' improvement, and she hopes her influence played a part in it. Despite being on holiday, she still attends afternoon classes once a week. Georgette expresses her intention to host a few parties if she can manage. She notes that their room has been improved, but she still needs to buy new beds. Georgette suggests to Pauline Chen that she consider buying the plot of land near Mrs. Wong's place, as it's up for sale, although she doubts it will materialize.
