In her letter to Georgette Chen, Willy informs her that she had sent a previous letter, which might have gotten lost. She expresses gratitude to Georgette for the white stole, and asks about Georgette's new house and how she plans to decorate it. She describes a tablecloth she is making with Georgette's name and requests her opinion. Willy also mentions that their home is being renovated. She inquires about Georgette’s exhibitions and asks about the situation in Singapore. Willy also mentions that she has changed her major from Biology to English Language and Literature.
