Get ready to explore Singapore’s vibrant arts and heritage scene with SG Culture Pass!
From 1 Sep 2025, all Singapore citizens aged 18 and above (in 2025) will receive S$100 in Culture Pass credits. Use these credits to offset ticket costs for eligible local arts and heritage programmes – from performances and exhibitions to learning tours, workshops, and other cultural experiences much like this available at National Gallery Singapore.

SG Culture Pass credits are valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2028, and can be used to offset ticket purchases of these programmes.

Back-of-House Guided Tour: “Former Supreme Court: Unseen, Unheard”
This exclusive tour takes you behind the scenes to explore restricted areas of the former Supreme Court, usually out of bounds to the public. Experience courtroom proceedings and experience the perspectives of both a Chief Justice and a person on trial.
OngoingFRAMED: A Murder Mystery at National Gallery Singapore
Players will embark on a journey through the City Hall and Supreme Court buildings, uncovering a total of 12 intriguing clues along the way. Step 1 – Access your credits
1. Visit the SG Culture Pass website.
2. Log in with Singpass to verify your profile.
3. Once verified, you can view your credits and browse the list of eligible arts and heritage events
Step 2 – Select an event
1. Choose the programme you’d like to attend from the list of eligible events.
2. Click through to purchase tickets – you’ll be redirected to the event’s authorised ticketing partner.
Step 3 – Apply your credits
1. At checkout, select SG Culture Pass credits as your payment method.
2. Log in again via Singpass when prompted.
3. Once successful, you’ll return to the payment page to complete your purchase.
Step 4 – Complete your payment
1. If your credits cover the full ticket price, no additional payment is needed.
2. If the credits are not enough, pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
3. Once payment is complete, your credits will be deducted automatically.
4. You can check your transaction history and remaining balance anytime on the SG Culture Pass website.

Introduced in 2025 as part of SG60, SG Culture Pass is an initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) aimed at encouraging Singapore Citizens to take part in the nation’s arts and heritage programmes.
From 1 September 2025, all Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above (as of 31 Dec 2024) will receive S$100 worth of SG Culture Pass credits.
These credits can be used to offset ticket purchases for approved local arts and heritage events through authorised ticketing partners.
These credits will remain valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2028.
No. For security reasons, SG Culture Pass credits can only be accessed and claimed through your own Singpass account.
Yes. Your SG Culture Pass credits can be used to purchase tickets for friends and family, as long as the cost is covered by your available balance.
If the ticket price exceeds your credits, you will be required to pay the balance using other payment methods.
No. Your SG Culture Pass credits will automatically be applied in full to offset the ticket cost.
If the ticket cost is higher than your available balance, you will be required to pay the balance using another payment method.
No, your SG Culture Pass credits may not be combined with other credits for ticket purchases, as your credits are directly tied to your Singpass account.
No. SG Culture Pass credits cannot be applied retroactively to tickets purchased before an event became eligible.
If you bought tickets in advance, we encourage you to use your credits on other eligible programmes and activities under SG Culture Pass.
You will be able to check your credit balance when you access your SG Culture Pass account.
The transfer of tickets purchased with SG Culture Pass credits is subject to our terms and conditions. If you’re unsure whether your ticket can be transferred, please contact us for further clarification.
If you do not have sufficient credits to cover the full cost of the payment, you will be required to pay the balance using other payment methods.
Yes. If the event organiser cancels the event, any SG Culture Pass credits used will be refunded to your Culture Pass account.
If you paid any additional amount using other payment methods, that portion will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

No. Credit card discounts only apply when the full payment is made with the credit card. If you use SG Culture Pass credits and top up the remainder with a credit card, discounts will not apply.
From 1 September 2025, all eligible Singapore Citizens can access their SG Culture Pass credits through the official SG Culture Pass website. You may also receive an official SMS from a gov.sg Sender ID with information about the scheme.
