- In her letter to Georgette Chen, Pauline attaches an advertisement from the Nanyang newspaper by the KL Federation Art Society, calling for artists to paint a mural for the new airport with a payment of $2000. She hopes Georgette will respond quickly to this opportunity. Pauline also invites Georgette to spend Chinese New Year with their family at Mrs. Yeoh’s house in the Cameron Highlands, mentioning that there is extra room available.
