Photographic documentation of Echo City's performance at Ang Mo Kio Town Centre as part of the Singapore Festival of Arts 1988 : Festival Fringe. The festival was organised by the Ministry of Community Development and was presented at various locations around Singapore from 28 May to 26 June 1988. Echo City is a collective of musicians from Britain who design and build sonic playgrounds - permanent installations of giant instruments. It is also known for its workshops and performances using a mobile assembly of their instruments.
