Terms and Conditions – “International Women’s Day 2026” Lucky Draw Contest

 1. Contest Duration:

The “International Women’s Day 2026” lucky draw will run on 8 March 2026, from 10:00AM to 19:00 PM (SGT) (the "Contest Period").  

 

2. Eligibility:

The contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: 

  • Participants must be legal residents of Singapore. 
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of National Gallery Singapore are not eligible to participate. 

 

3. Entry Requirements:

To participate in the contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

  • Visit the “Fear No Power: Women Imagining Otherwise” exhibition
  • Post about the exhibition on your Stories and tag us @nationalgallerysingapore
  • Follow @nationalgallerysingapore on Instagram
  • Comment on the pinned post on International Women’s Day 2026

 

4. Prize Details:

One lucky winner will win $150 shopping credits from Curious Creatures and $150 e-gift card from Anya Active subject to their respective terms and conditions.  

 

5. Winner Selection:

National Gallery Singapore will choose a winner based on all eligible entries at random. The decision from National Gallery Singapore will be final and binding.

 

6. Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram within two (2) days after the end of the Contest Period. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

 

7. Prize Collection:

More details will be sent via email once the winner provides their personal particulars. 

 

8. Marketing Efforts:

By participating in the contest, participants consent to their Instagram handles and submitted photos being used for marketing purposes, which may include, but are not limited to, EDMs, social media posts, and website features.

 

9. Personal Data:

The winner’s personal data will be collected for the sole purpose of contacting them regarding the redemption of prizes sponsored by Anya Active and Curious Creatures. The relevant information will be shared with these two brands strictly for fulfilment purposes, and the prize redemption process will be coordinated directly between the winner and each respective brand.

 

10. Disqualification:

National Gallery Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the contest rules, including but not limited to cheating, tampering, or providing false information.

 

11. Modification and Termination:

National Gallery Singapore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The “International Women’s Day 2026” lucky draw shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
