National Gallery Singapore’s long-term exhibition, Singapore Stories: Pathways and Detours in Art, features over 200 artworks and artefacts. In this programme, selected works by Singaporean artists from this exhibition are displayed as visual prompts. As the countdown timer starts ticking, can our panel of poets come up with on-the-spot poems in response to their assigned artworks? Audience participation in writing and sharing poetry is welcome, as we learn more about the Gallery’s art collection and how it can reflect our nation’s history.

This programme is supported by National Gallery Singapore.
