In response to Into the Modern: Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Fontane Liang and her Silentrio collaborators, Kenny Chen and Huang Ting Yu, will present a classical music programme featuring Impressionist-era classics alongside original compositions by Wynne Fung and Chen Zhangyi, commissioned exclusivelyfor this exhibition.
Their responses explore themes from the exhibition, including the socio-political history of the period and lesser-known works of the movement, offering audiences fresh perspectives on Impressionism.
