Upcycling for a Purpose

This workshop is part of the Gallery's broader sustainability efforts to make better use of materials from exhibitions and public programmes. Instead of discarding large-format banners after the exhibition has ended, we're giving them a second life and inviting you to be a part of that process.

By upcycling these materials into functional items, participants extend the lifespan of materials, create new value, and rethink how objects are made and used.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how small, intentional actions can make sustainability tangible and meaningful in everyday life.
