The UOB Southeast Asia Gallery is temporarily closed and will reopen in late 2027. In the meantime, works from the National Collection remain exhibited across the Gallery.

Young artists will embark on a journey to relate to the places, spaces and people around them through art. Led by artist Mary Bernadette Lee, participants will be brought through a process-centric experience where they will be introduced to different creative techniques each week. 

  • This drop-off activity is suitable for children aged 8–12 years old.

This four-week programme offers more than just art skills; it’s an experience that fosters creativity, self-awareness, and a sense of connection with others and the environment. Sign up today to give your child a memorable journey of art, discovery, and self-expression! 

Week 1 – Caring for the Natural Environment 

Take inspiration from Victorio C. Edades, Galo B. Ocampo, and Carlos “Botong” Francisco’s Mother Nature’s Bounty Harvest and make sketches and posters using the wax-resist method! 

Week 2 – Home: A Place to Play, a Space to Stay 

Explore artwork related to home and a sense of belonging and create a landscape collage work of relief-rubbings. 

Week 3 – I Care About Me and You 

Explore sculptures about closeness between parent and child in the Gallery and create a unique pinch vessel as a symbol of the relationship between the child and their parent. 

Week 4 – Dearest Me: With All My Love, Me 

Create a zine of monoprints before ending off with a mini gallery walk of all the creations from this four-week course!
