Colourful Play

I learned to make art by myself at a very young age. I started making papercuts because I ran out of art supplies and started cutting any papers I could find—including worksheets from church!

As you observe the colours and patterns, what emotions do you feel? My work can be very colourful and vibrant because art gives me joy.

There are also other activities on the wall inspired by sensory busy boards which I think our baby and toddler friends will like very much!

When creating papercuts, the papers that I cut away are called “offcuts.” These odd-shaped pieces add layers and textures to my work. Can you spot them in this space?

I collaborated with ART:DIS, a team that supports artists with disabilities. I love everyone at ART:DIS. They are my best friends!
