Inspired by Temple by Tuan Andrew Nguyen and Peace Forest by Soh Ee Shaun, follow us on a playful sensory journey that blends art, movement, sound, nature, and mindfulness.
Led by Jolie Michelle Ow, an experienced entrepreneur and holistic arts educator, children will be guided through the Gallery's giant sculptural and installation artworks, nurturing a safe space of playful curiosity and wonder.
Drawing on her expertise using art and creative practices to support self-awareness, focus, and emotional wellbeing in little ones, this experience invites children to:
- Listen to soothing gong soundscapes
- Experiment with light and shadows
- Slow down through mindful movement
- Sharpen observation, focus, and problem-solving skills
- Build confidence in expressing ideas, feelings, and questions
- Deepen connections with yourself, others, and the world around you through collaborative hands-on activities
In a world filled with busy schedules and constant demands, this Slow Saturday is an invitation to pause and allow your little one to reconnect with their natural curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder.
This is a drop-off programme for children.
