Inspired by Temple by Tuan Andrew Nguyen, this session invites quiet reflection on inner strength, resilience, and possibility. The experience concludes with a short, guided moment of reflection.
This session is open to all levels. Yoga mats are provided.
All participants will receive a Hydr-Aid sample from our partner Moom Health.
