Inspired by Fear No Power: Women Imagining Otherwise and Temple by Tuan Andrew Nguyen, this session invites quiet reflection on inner strength, resilience, and possibility. The experience concludes with a short guided moment of reflection. This 1-hour session is open to all levels. Yoga mats are provided.
