Inspired by our exhibition Fear No Power: Women Imagining Otherwise, The Powers that Shape Us is a panel co-organised with Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE), looking at how policies affecting women’s lives in Singapore have shifted and manifested over the years. This is the first in a series of panels on the Gallery's ongoing exhibitions.

With perspectives from AWARE, activists, and community organizers, we explore how structures can both open and close doors, and what it takes to build a society that protects women’s rights.

Registration will start at 6.30pm, followed by the panel discussion at 7.00pm sharp.
