If you're looking for a meaningful, family-friendly activity in Singapore that blends art, emotions, and a touch of Disney magic, National Gallery Singapore has partnered with The Walt Disney Company to create Feel Your Way Through the Gallery — a self-guided, emotions-led trail inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2.

This new trail invites you to explore art through the five core emotions from the films: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Anxiety. It’s an engaging and heartfelt way to understand how art connects us, and it adds a refreshing twist to the typical museum visit — a recommendation if you’re searching for things to do with the kids, or just love discovering unique cultural experiences (or if you’re a Disney fan!).

Follow Your Emotions Through the Gallery

This self-guided tour encourages you to slow down, look inward, and connect how you feel with what you see. Start your experience in one of two ways:

Pick up an Activity Booklet (While Stocks Last)

Visitors can pick up a complimentary printed activity booklet at the Level B1 Information Counter by showing their General Admission ticket. The booklet is filled with sketch prompts, observation tasks, reflection moments, and simple activities that make each stop interactive. Kids will enjoy this, but adults may also find the prompts surprisingly thoughtful.

Redemptions are limited to the first 100 each day.

Use the Online Trail Guide

Start the trail on the Gallery’s website – perfect for those spontaneous visits or those who want to browse highlights before arriving.

This trail guides you through selected artworks in the Gallery — a must-see for anyone visiting Singapore’s top art museum — as well as interesting emotion-tagged public spaces across the Gallery’s two national monuments.

Expect to spend 45 to 60 minutes exploring at your own pace, with plenty of freedom to linger wherever a feeling catches you.
