Featuring two additional chapters of the SINGAPORAMA travelogue, which trace Singapore’s long history of migration, the programme continues with a dynamic showcase that opens with Oyilattam, a traditional folk dance from Tamil Nadu. Performed in synchronised formations with rhythmic steps, colourful handkerchiefs and ankle bells, the dance is presented by Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC) Ambassadors.

This leads into a fireside conversation between Professor Vineeta Sinha (Department of Sociology, NUS), Navin Rawanchaikul, and Ada Cheong from Transient Workers Count Too (TWC2). They will discuss themes of community, identity, and collaboration, after which audiences are invited to join Navin for an introduction to the SINGAPORAMA installation at the Padang Atrium.
