The Arts House at the Old Parliament
At first glance, the lines, shapes and patterns in the artwork may appear simple. However, if you take a closer look, you will realise that they reveal the thoughts and emotions of NEET youths—youths not in education, employment, or training. Often unseen or misunderstood, these youths turn to art to speak for them when words fail.
The façade projection is a compilation of clay work modelled by these youths, and are expressions of their own stories. Shaped by their hands and imaginations, the artworks become quiet acts where the youths can reclaim the self and engage in a conversation between their past and present.

Biography
Fei Yue is a leading social service organisation committed to effecting life transformation. These artworks were created by Fei Yue’s youth beneficiaries who participated in the Gallery’s Strength Through Art (stART) programme. Known as NEETs—a term referring to youths who are not in education, employment, or training—they have long existed on the edges of society. Each artwork tells one of their stories, shaped by challenges, but also marked with courage and resilience. Their presence at the festival is a testament to their bravery and an invitation for all to witness the power of being seen and heard.See their work at the Festival
