Soft Time is a live performance encounter with Michael Lin’s architectural textile installation, presented over two weekends as a collaboration between The Artists Village (TAV) and National Gallery Singapore for Light to Night Singapore 2026.

Experience the sunset on the Padang as we board The Artists Village’s spectral art bus with Michael Lin's lantern bags. For four evenings, we will move together in soft time as a constellation of strangers, family and friends, inhabiting everyday rhythms of movement, memory and sound in an encounter that is intimate, mobile and continually unfolding in the present.
